  Tyler and Logan really know their stuff. While I only got to train with them for two months, I saw better results than anything I had ever tried before. They teach you everything you need to know, and then push you to your limit on the workouts. I have never had coaches who are more kind, encouraging, and passionate about what they do. Despite the fact that I was the slowest and weakest at everything, they NEVER made me feel bad about it, and always encouraged me to work as hard as possible. The workouts might look intimidating, but they scale everything appropriately so you'll be able to do it no matter what your fitness level is.
