  A family business that values the customer.
  
  I bought a promotional Adobe 1 year subscription through Videoguys on the very last day of the promotion. The promo price was guaranteed for 3 years. They explained to me that it was important to sign into the subscription online before midnight for the promotional price which I did.
  
  My renewal for year 2 was fine but when it came time to renew for year 3 the price came in at the regular value. Trying to get it ironed out with Adobe was like talking to a brick wall. My business model cannot accommodate the full price so I figured it was a lost cause and would quit Adobe one year early and look for my alternatives without much lead time. Videoguys took upon themselves to fix the problem for me when even for them talking to Adobe was like talking to a brick wall but after several days it came through. This then gave me a one year lead time to migrate away from the Adobe tools.
  
  The Adobe tools are very good but just simply priced out of my price range given my business model.

  These people are knowledgeable beyond belief and spend that knowledge helping the little folk like me. They recommended just the equipment I needed to get my job done representing a major upgrade in services I deliver to my clients.
