  Nuzzi subcontracts their repair work, and those companies do not respond for many hours. Then, when they do, they do not restore heat; on the contrary, they ask the homeowner to wait 24 hours--all without heat. As a result of their misconduct, I am calling for a total boycott against this company. Please do not do business with them. Choose a home heating oil company that gives a guaranty of two-hour service.
